3. Payment Policy

We currently operate without an integrated payment gateway. All payments are processed manually.

  • After completing the payment, customers must share the transaction reference or proof of payment verification.
  • Our team will manually verify the payment and update the order status accordingly.

Payment Confirmation

  • If the payment is not received within 48 hours of placing the order, the order may be canceled.

  • All products must meet the necessary quality and certification requirements, including FSSAI certification for food products.

Seller Registration Process
  • Contact our customer support team to register as a seller and receive detailed guidelines.
  • Sellers must provide product descriptions, certifications, and pricing information before listing.

Seller Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate product information, including stock availability and descriptions
  • Ensure timely dispatch and high-quality packaging for all orders
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or disputes mediated by Iyarkai Uzhavan
